Have you ever wanted to make a Feathered Star???? Our Wacky, Molly , is very good at making them and was even a tester for Marsha McCloskey. She worked on the block at a retreat and we kept hearing "Marsha, Marsha, Marsha"! I guess you had to be there -- LOL. Since we are in the midst of the SuperBowl, here is a really good dip recipe that Wacky Kathleen shares: Beer Cheese Dip 1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese, softened 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup Beer 2 Green Onions, chopped Beat cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl w/mixer until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for serveral hours or until chilled. If you like a little "kick" to your dips, add some jalepeno peppers or green chilies.
