Wacky Pac Quilters

Well the Wacky Pac has made it home after a wonderful quilting cruise in the Western Carribbean. We had a great time -- no one got sick and we made many, many memories. We took LOTS of pictures so be sure and watch our blog for future posts with pictures.

THREE WEEKS FROM TODAY WE WILL BE BOARDING THE "VOYAGER OF THE SEAS", A ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISE SHIP, IN GALVESTON, TEXAS. AFTER LEAVING AT 7 AM, WE SHOULD ARRIVE AT DOCK AROUND 11 AM. AFTER THREE CARLOADS OF PASSENGERS AND LUGGAGE ARE DROPPED OFF ON THE DOCK, THE DRIVERS WILL PROCEED TO THE PARKING AREA. AFTER PARKING, THEY WILL RIDE THE SHUTTLE BUS TO THE DOCK AREA AND ALL WACKIES WILL CHECK APPROPRIATE LUGGAGE. (This might take awhile) WE WILL THEN PROCEED TO THE LINE WHERE ALL WILL SHOW OUR PASSPORTS, HAVE OUR WACKY PAC PICTURE MADE IN OUR WACKY PAC SHIRTS AND SUNGLASSES. NEXT : WE BOARD OUR SHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE LOCATE OUR ROOMS, EAT OUR LUNCH, FIND OUR LIFE JACKETS, GO TO SURVIVAL CLASS AND AT 5 PM, STAND AND WATCH DOLPHINS AS WE LEAVE PORT. THE FIRST WACKY PAC CRUISE, 2008. Well, all tallies are in and it looks like " Cruisin Wackies " is a heads up winner. I want to thank all who participated. This slogan is not only appropriate for our upcoming cruise, but for any group outing. Now lets get to making those darlin pink and green shirts and hats so that as we board that large boat everyone will point and say, "Who in the world are those strange people and don't they know they look ridiculous?" We won't care as we will never see these people again and they will NOT be having as much fun as we are. When the photo is taken as we board, we will just look precious and everyone will be pea green with envy. Get those sewing machines cranked up and let's go " CRUISIN WACKIES "!
