Kit It

Our "wacky" pal, Kath loves kits. She bought this one a few months ago at Common Threads in Waxahachie, Texas. The directions were easy to follow and the quilt went together like a dream. Of course the fabrics are ThimbleWar and CivilBerry. If you're confused with the fabric description........so am I.......LOL.......I can't tell them apart unless I read the side labels.
BTW, no, this is not Kath's sewing studio. This was taken on a recent retreat.

What a beautiful quilt! I love Common Threads, although, I haven't been there in several years. :( I'm sure Kath wishes that was her studio.

I got it out today, tried it on, looked in the mirror, liked what I saw but what do you think? Be honest, it won't hurt my feelings one bit but I need to know. Mom said I looked like the Pillsbury Dough Boy/Girl......LOL Talk to me Wackies and anyone else who visits our blog. I think it would be perfect to take cruisin' pictures in. HELP!

Mini Christmas Tree Tutorial
